Michael is responsible for the Go Daddy's financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting and day-to-day financial affairs, as well as oversight of the company's Sarbanes-Oxley implementation, Fraud Detection organization and Human Resources Group.
Michael joined the company after serving as Chief Financial Officer for Mechanical Breakdown Administrators, a sales agent and administrator of automobile and recreational vehicle extended warranties. Prior to that, Michael supervised the Nevada accounting operations for PacifiCare, a California-based health care organization, after beginning his career as an auditor for KPMG. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lehigh University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Michael is an avid movie goer and enjoys watching baseball and football.
