Kanye West clicks with the Kardashian kin

Kanye West met Kim Kardashian's family yesterday in New York and according to our sources ... the Kardashian clan absolutely loved him.

According to our sources, Kanye and Kim were excited for the family gathering and the opportunity to show them just how great they are together.

We're told the meeting went great and the family thinks they make the perfect couple.

A source who was dining downstairs, where the famous family sat, tells us West seemed to hit it off "more than great" with his “Theraflu” muse’s kin. (The song’s since been retitled “Way Too Cold.”)

The eyewitness noted that “Lamar and Kanye seemed to get along great,” which could be important to Kim, who struggled with her family’s resistance to her soon-to-be ex-hubby, Net Kris Humphries .

Another source at the restaurant observed that “Kim and Kanye were attached at the hip.”

While our sources didn’t see Disick at the group dinner (and photogs didn't snap him exiting the restaurant), the New York native and future restaurateur met up with Cheban after the meal.

Disick and the publicist-turned-reality star were spotted at Catch Rooftop, which is also in the Meatpacking District early Sunday morning after Cheban’s meal with West, Kim and her family.

The Kardashian clan is reportedly in the city to do press for their Sears Kardashian Kollection fashion line, but, we hear, they have another reason to be in Gotham.

Disick's long buzzed-about restaurant — which an insider tells us will be called RYU — will have its hush-hush opening tonight.

The whole Kardashian family — Odom included — is expected and we won't be surprised if the media-savvy West makes a supportive appearance as well.

RYU is located at 46 Gansevoort St. and, as we previously reported, will be serving a Japanese-style menu.

For the venture, Disick is teaming up with nightlife impresario Chris Reda , formerly of Room Service and the Griffin, where he was partners with Adam Hock . (In February, Hock was charged with misdemeanor assault for his part in a bar brawl that left Grace Kelly’s grandson Pierre Casiraghi with a fractured jaw.)
