Ali Lohan's Modeling Agency Responds to Plastic Surgery Reports

Ali Lohan managed to steal the spotlight from her older sister Lindsay this week -- without saying a word.


In a photo taken Tuesday, the 17-year-old model emerged in Beverly Hills looking drastically different: with fuller lips and a much more angular face.


So what happened to Lindsay's kid sis?


"Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery," Alexis Borges, the agency director at Next Model Management, which represents Ali, told E! News.


"As a young girl who is growing up, it's natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent. Aliana is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age. We take pastoral care of our models very seriously and encourage the models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape."


Lindsay Lohan also weighed in on the speculation, telling E! her sibling "has never" had surgery.


Still, not everyone is convinced.


Ali seems to be following in her older sister's footsteps, whether she likes it or not. When Lindsay Lohan was just a teen, there were rampant rumors that she had gotten breast implants, and she was once criticized for being too thin.


Sadly, Lindsay had to stand up for Ali a few years ago—her 15-year-old little sister was also being accused of getting breast implants. But judging from recent photographs of Ali, who is now 17, it's pretty evident that she hasn't had her bust surgically enhanced.


However, the super-skinny teen is being criticized for getting plastic surgery elsewhere—many believe that she's had work done on her face. So what does the modeling agency that hired Ali Lohan based on her looks have to say?


According t to RadarOnline, the agency director of NEXT Model Management LA has responded to the speculation with this statement:


Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery. As a young girl who is growing up, it's natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent. Aliana is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age.


However, the agency director only shot down the plastic surgery rumors, which doesn't rule out the possibility that Ali Lohan has used fillers or Botox to change her face. Plus the agency isn't addressing the issue of how disturbingly skinny Ali is now.


There's a good chance that Ali's face does only look different because she's lost all of her baby fat (and then some)—after all, Lindsay Lohan's face also got much thinner when she got older. Ali is also sporting much fuller, larger eyebrows than she did when she was younger, and they do drastically change her look. Eerily enough, as Ali gets older, she's also sort of starting to look more like her mother, Dina (who has obviously had her fair share of surgical procedures).


But even if Ali Lohan hasn't had any work done, she is certainly scary-skinny. Her sister has spent time in rehab due to her addictions to drugs and alcohol, and it now sadly seems that Lindsay's little sister might need some kind of treatment of her own.
